Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs, and we are starting a group at Abbott Library in 2026! This program highlights the most thought-provoking foreign policy challenges facing Americans and works to engage citizens by learning about and discussing one of eight critical global issues identified by the Foreign Policy Association in a non-partisan, open environment.

Starts February 2026

This program will begin Monday, February 9th  at 6PM with an information and packet pickup session. This will introduce attendees to the Great Decision format, and let participants get to know each other. From there we will meet biweekly on Mondays at 6PM to disucss the various topics.

Once you register, you will be registered for all the sessions. Participants are encouraged to attend all eight sessions but you may choose to attend only certain topics.
